Exchange  Return Policy

At IDIN, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and before the shipping representative leaves.

 Customers have the right to return the entire order while the shipping representative is present.
 Once the shipping representative has left, returns are no longer accepted.
 Product exchanges may be requested in cases of sizing issues or manufacturing defects, subject to the store’s exchange conditions.
 The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  IDIN reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
